This is such an amazingly cute coaster. I love Klee, so anything that has her or her likeness on it is a win in my book. Materials are great, craftsmanship is well-done. Unboxing experience was a huge pleasure to have. My only caveat emptor (not necessarily BAD) is the bottom has some kind of soft material which may stain from spills and may not hold up well; the bottom isn't a firm surface, which may not exactly be ideal for smaller teacups or other cups that are likely as wide as this coaster. Therefore, it probably is more ideal for standard size mugs. For shipping: it DID get a little stuck during processing at the post office, but once it came out, it was just smooth sailing from there on. The inconvenience didn't last that long, so it's not really an issue for me.
